The facility utilizes a Digital Signal Processing Laboratory, designed for the analysis, design, development, and optimization of digital circuits for a wide range of applications. The primary use focuses on radionavigation systems for monitoring areas of interest or airspace. The laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art signal analysis instruments, both in the time and frequency domains, primarily from brands like Rohde & Schwarz and Agilent (signal, spectral, and vector analyzers, function generators, and oscilloscopes). For designing integrated radio sensor blocks, including signal processing implementation, the facility uses the advanced ZCU216 development kit from Xilinx (FPGA RF SoC). Additionally, the laboratory has the necessary infrastructure for testing the electrical properties of composite materials for electromagnetic shielding, utilizing a Vector Network Analyzer and a set of waveguide components and fixtures.

The facility also makes use of the Radio Monitoring Laboratory, particularly for the development and research of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS). It is equipped with a range of advanced GNSS receivers used for precise localization (working with GPS/GLONASS/GALILEO/BEIDOU signals). These GNSS receivers allow for centimeter-level positioning accuracy when using a reference GNSS station.

For scientific and research activities related to measuring antenna parameters, antenna fields, and high-frequency circuits, the facility also features a Anechoic Chamber.
