eng SET-POINT MODIFICATION TO SUPPRESS ADDITIVE DISTURBANCES IN STATE-SPACE MPC Paper deals with a problem of offset-free state-space Model Predictive Control. Many approaches related to this problem have been published but the situation is not as easy and clear as with input/output models where CARIMA process model ensures integral character of resulting GPC controller. Set-point modification is considered to suppress additive state and output disturbances. Suggested method is demonstrated on an example of Two-Inputs Two-Outputs (TITO) control of laboratory plant. Laboratory Hydraulic-Pneumatic System (HPS) is controlled with state-space predictive controller respecting state variables constraints preventing over- or under-flowing of the water levels. According to disturbance estimation set-point is modified to suppress steady-state control error. model predictive control; offset-free; state-space; estimation; disturbances
