Description:
The project is focused on research in usage of ambient intelligence in the area of information systems security and their communication, with emphasis on minimalizing security threats and optimization of these systems. The main area of the project is the analysis of data communication flows and usage of these data in information systems, including database systems. This analysis includes issues of security threats, which can be classified based on their area of functionality and usage of different ISO/OSI model layers. The next aim of the project is research in the area of software for selected application domains. The concept of development is based on principles of shared solutions, libraries, and architectures with focus on maximal re-usability and usage of design patterns and principles of similarity.
