eng	One solution of serial communication treatment	This article is aimed to utilization of a standard PC to treatment of an external device measuring and actuating in case the physical communication is via serial port (RS232). The solution is also applicable if a USB port is used on PC side. The de-scribing solution allows the maximal simple employment in an application. The price for it is the necessity of creating of a special interface to the library universal kernel.
