Short-term mobility of employees

The faculty welcomes employees of foreign partner universities to come for short-term mobility stays, exchange knowledge and experience and strengthen mutual cooperation of the respective institutions.

The main programme used for funding these mobilities is Erasmus^+.  The types of mobilities offered in this programme are as follows:

Teaching mobility

For the teaching mobility, the academic`s home institution must have a bilateral agreement with FEEI. The standard length of the mobility is one week and the minimum number of lectures to give 8. Applicants may be accepted to FEEI after sending a draft of their teaching plan for approval.

Staff training

Staff training may be realized without the existence of a bilateral agreement between FEEI and the sending institution. In this case, academic as well as non-academic staff is welcome to participate.

In the summer term, the University of Pardubice usually organizes international staff week for teachers and other staff from foreign universities. This event involves workshops and seminars on a particular topic, as well as presentation of the University and interesting sites of the town and Pardubice region.

A visit of a foreign university employee with the purpose of practical training, shadowing, etc. directly at the faculty is also possible. Applicants must send a proposal of their training plan to the faculty for approval.
