cze Regresní analýza hypotečních úvěrů na českém bankovním trhu Průměrná úroková sazba u hypotečních úvěrů klesla v březnu 2016 pod 2 % a dosud (únor 2017) se drží pod touto hranicí. Nejnižší úrokové sazby byly zatím dosaženy v listopadu a prosinci 2016, kdy dosáhly 1,77 %. V následujících měsících se již začaly zvyšovat. Vysoký zájem klientů o hypoteční úvěry pokračuje kvůli nízkým úrokovým sazbám a ohlášenému snížení LTV z 95 na 90%. Celkový počet smluv a jejich objem se stále zvyšuje. Tento rostoucí trend není výrazně ovlivněn rostoucími cenami nemovitostí nebo platností nového zákona o spotřebitelském úvěru, který se zabývá předčasným splácením hypotečních úvěrů, přestože banky a klienti očekávali růst průměrných úrokových sazeb. Cílem článku je analyzovat vývoj průměrné úrokové sazby hypotečních úvěrů s důrazem na jejich vývoj v jednotlivých krajích. Cílem tohoto článku je vytvořit regresní model pro výši hypotečních úvěrů a úrokové sazby včetně jejich analýzy. Korelační analýza ukazuje úroveň závislostí výše úvěrů na úrokové sazbě. eng Regression Analysis of Mortgage Loans on the Czech Banking Market The average interest rate fell below 2% in March 2016, and up to now (February 2017) has not been exceeded. The lowest interest rates were applied in November and December. These interest rates amounted to 1.77%, and hence began to rise slightly. High interest of clients in mortgage loans continues due to the low interest rates and the announced reduction in LTV from 95 to 90%. Total number of contracts and their volume still increases. This growing trend is not significantly af-fected by the rising price of real estate or the entry of the new Consumer Credit Act which deals with the early repayment of mortgage loans. Yet, banks and clients ex-pect growth of average interest rates. The aim of the article is to analyse the devel-opment of average interest rate of mortgage loans with an emphasis on their devel-opment in individual regions. This paper aims to create a regression model for the amount of mortgage loans and interest rate including their analysis. Correlation analysis demonstrates the level of dependency of the amount of loans on the interest rate.
