eng Doppler CW Radar Signal Processing, Implementation and Analysis In this paper the implementation of a signal processing string for real hardware based on PSoC 5LP microcontroller is presented for a Doppler CW radar. The impact of spectrum down-sampling using a zero pending technique for ability to find the correct Doppler frequency estimation is demonstrated. The OS-CFAR and CA-CFAR algorithms are tested for detection and threshold value estimation. Also the center of gravity, maximum peak detection and mean index position technique, are compared for correct speed estimation. All algorithms are tested on real hardware and compared for computation time, and ability to find measured velocity for a down-sampled spectrum.
