cze Správné použití kalibrace Kalibrace je jedním z nejpoužívanějších laboratorních postupů. V současné době se díky obrovskému rozvoji měřicí techniky kvalitativně i kvantitativně usnadnily měřicí postupy, tj. značně se zvýšila přesnost, správnost měření, rychlost a tudíž se zmnohonásobilo množství experimentálních dat. Spolu s experimentálními technikami se rovněž zlepšila technika vyhodnocení, dostupné počítačové programy pokrývají naprostou většinu matematických metod vyhodnocení. V záplavě výstupů poněkud unikají podmínky aplikace použitých metod a často omezená použitelnost získaných výsledků. Je proto třeba si uvědomit, že pro praktické užití musí být metody jasné, přímočaré a exaktní, tj. je třeba vědět, co je možné zanedbat jako marginální a co nikoli kalibrace; kalibrační křivka; regresní analýza; hledání modelu
eng Rigorous Using of Calibration Calibration is one of the most frequently used laboratory procedures. Thanks to immense development of measuring techniques at present, the measurement procedures have become easier both quantitatively and qualitatively, i.e. the trueness and accuracy of measurements and their speed have increased; hence the amount of experimental data has multiplied. Along with experimental techniques, the techniques of evaluation have also improved: available computer programs cover absolute majority of mathematical evaluation methods. In the profusion of outputs, the application conditions of the methods used are somewhat eluding, and the results obtained often have limited applicability. Therefore, it is necessary to become aware of the fact that for practical use the methods have to be clear, straightforward and exact, i.e. it has to be known what can be neglected as marginal and what cannot. calibration; calibration curve; regression analysis; model searching
