eng	Research of Atmospheric Structure Index on FSO Link Attenuation	This study is focused on the measurement of the structure index of atmosphere in five points located along our experimental FSO link on the mountain observatory “Milesovka“ of severe weather conditions. The aim of this work is to search for the relationship between FSO link attenuation and the structure index which should describe the refractive index inhomogenity. The experimental FSO link is situated from ground to the 30 m tower of observatory Milesovka. Its length is 60 meters while wave-length being 830 and 1550 nm. The setup for measurement of the atmospheric structure index has a very similar displacement like the FSO link.	Free space optics propagation
