Najitím prahu se usnadňuje odečítaní útlumu spoje, který je způsoben povětrnostními vlivy. Výpočet využívá hledaní statisticky nejčetnější hodnoty útlumu. eng	Automatic threshold finding of FSO link attenuation data	We developed a software allowing the finding of the so-called „threshold“ of the FSO link attenuation. The threshold is a value that can be considered as the reference zero attenuation level in the long term measurement. If we know the threshold we can easyly read the FSO attenuation which is caused by weather conditions. The threshold computation is using the statistically most frequent value in of recorded attenuation. In the application one can set the limits of the investigated attenuation range on one hand and attenuation resolution determining the output attenuation on the other hand.
