The project is focused on research of signal processing in the following areas: ? Application of adaptive methods of spectrum estimation for enhancement of antenna array angle resolution. ? Optimization of broad-band signal processing in UWB radio positioning system for a complicated environment (like that inside a building). ? Fusion of vector maps acquired from different points, research of vectorial object description and its simplification for application in automatic area mapping. ? Spectral analysis of speech signals using linear predictive polymodels based on autoregressive models and composite vector stochastic processes model (CVSPM). ? Inertial navigation system (INS) fusion with a video odometer system based on advanced processing of video-camera data for enhancement of independent robotic platform positioning in area with no GNSS signal. ? Data processing and evaluation in the transmission loss measurement system working with a satellite signal combined with a radiometric measurement system.
